Dr. Romeo Castillo, MD

Dr. Romeo Castillo, MD is a board-certified Family Practice Physician and Medical Director of the Family Medicine Residency at Palmdale Regional Medical Center. He is a graduate of Lyceum Northwestern University, College Of Medicine, a residency at University of Texas Family Medicine, and completed an additional Holistic Medicine Fellowship in San Diego He has years of medical leadership experience in academic medicine and as consultants or medical directors of Family Medicine Residency programs in California training future doctors. His practice has a strong focus to always view a patient as a whole person, taking into account not just the physical symptoms, but also lifestyle, emotional well-being, and environment. This means that while you will have a qualified, competent medical provider, you will also have someone treating your mind, body, and spirit.

Dr. Castillo is committed to making sure that communications are open and that he listens to patients’ concerns as he guides them with his medical expertise. He invites patients to talk about items they think may be impacting their health and encourage them as they work toward a healthy lifestyle that is so important to well-being. He is accepting new patients and welcomes infants, adolescents, and adults to his practice and treats acute as well as chronic illness. Dr. Castillo understands his role in prevention, health education and the well-being of the whole family.
